Morning Boost Ingredients

Oolong tea is packed with antioxidants and polyphenols, which strengthen the immune system, reduce inflammation, and help prevent the body from absorbing and storing unneeded fat. In addition, oolong is naturally lightly caffeinated, further supporting fat oxidation and providing a natural burst of energy without the crash that usually comes from some coffees or energy drinks.
