Refresh and Replenish with Superfood Smoothies

It's simple: summer is here and we want to give you some suggestions for powerful, refreshing, and light smoothies. Blend and enjoy! 
Pink Power: 
  • 2 tbsp dried goji berries
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • Chia seeds and dried coconut to top

 Green Goodness Cleanse:

  • 2 cups lightly packed chopped kale leaves
  • 3/4 cup non-dairy milk of choice
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple pieces
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 to 3 tsp honey

 Balanced and Beautiful: 

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1/4 cup non-dairy yogurt
  • 1 cup coconut milk

Banana Spice:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ¾ c (6 oz) vanilla coconut/almond yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp honey or other natural sweetener
  • ½ tsp freshly grated ginger
  • Pinch of cinnamon 

Crazy for Coco:

  • 1 mango
  • ½ c fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 c coconut yogurt
  • 1 tsp coconut extract
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed
  • Chia seeds to top
  • Pecans to top (or blend into smoothie, optional)
