- 1 cup Plain, Unflavored Yogurt
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1/4 cup Almond Milk
- 1 dash Honey
- Add yogurt, blueberries, almond milk, honey and a handful of ice into a blender. Blend until smooth. If needed, add more honey. Drink it with a smile on your face!
